NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF IMDA MEMBERS Date: Monday, March 3, 2008 Time: 2:00 p.m. Location: Hyatt Regency Atlanta Centennial I Ballroom New this year, the IMDA board of directors is opening the afternoon portion of their board meeting on Monday, March 3, to dealers. The first line of business will be the annual membership meeting where you will be asked to approve proposed bylaws changes. To view the proposed bylaws changes, please click here. The IMDA board will also give a presentation about CAPSS (the IMDA affiliated buying coop) and open it up for Q & A at the end.
