When the IMDA Board of Directors met in Austin, Texas, on April 9 and 10, 2005, a Code of Ethics was established for both the IMDA board and committee members.

The board also feels the relevance of this code not only applies to leaders of the association but also to members. As the Midas brand is built on trust, we would like to be able to state publicly (through our Web site and via all other forms of communication) that as a member of IMDA, you agree to abide by a certain set of standards.

The Automotive Service Association has developed a comprehensive code of ethics for all of their members and has given the IMDA permission to reprint and utilize.
