The IMDA Helpline has been designed to provide you, the Midas dealer, with a tool that allows you to ask questions related to Midas International, your operation and any issue that directly impacts your success as a dealer. Once you’ve completed this form, your question or concern will be directed to the person or persons within the Association best suited to respond.
Information provided to The IMDA through the Help Line is not provided any protections or privileges under law. The Responses, whether anecdotal or technical is based upon the responding individual's experience and may or may not be representative of the IMDA as a whole, its members or to be taken as expert advice, without consulting or verifying the veracity and applicability of the advice given. The Help Line is a service provided to members and non-members at no charge. IMDA recommends that information received from the Help Line not be viewed as the “last work” on any question, but rather as a general source of knowledge, peer to peer. To that end, the IMDA does not accept any liability as an association, nor does the individual responding, for any information provided.
