This is an excellent opportunity for your company to showcase its products and services to our dealers. IMDA represents over 1100 Midas shops in North America…and our members are the decision makers!
If you want to become a part of our PERK Team of vendors, please use the following link to begin your application.
Types of PERK Team Members: We have divided up our PERK Team members into two categories: PERK Partners and PERK Vendors.
PERK Partners are those companies who are providing products and services that will require a contract between our dealers and your company. Examples would be insurance, uniforms, merchant credit services and so on.
PERK Vendors are companies that are going to provide products and services where no contract will be required for our dealers to purchase your company’s products and services.

Purpose of the Program The primary purpose of the PERK Program is to provide our dealers the opportunity to purchase products and services at discounts that non-IMDA dealers cannot realize. This is important, because we don’t want to market to our dealers your products or services, if the discount can be received by anyone. Our PERK Program is based on providing to our dealers true value not just a list of products and services. If your company cannot offer unique discounts, we will consider ‘value-added’ aspects that you can offer our dealers that cannot be procured unless you are an IMDA member. Again, our bottom-line is that we want to provide to our dealers a catalog of products and services that will be a true value to them and their businesses. A secondary purpose of this program is to provide IMDA with non-dues revenue. Even though value to our dealers is the primary purpose of the program, we do seek PERK participants that are able to help IMDA increase its revenue stream.
Process to Becoming a PERK Team Member Once we receive your application, IMDA will review it and contact you to discuss your submission. In our discussion with you, we will discuss your product or services offerings, review our program, what IMDA will do to help market your products or services to our members, what will be required of your company (a contract between your company and IMDA will be required), the discounts or value added aspects of your offering and if there will be any non-dues revenue opportunities for IMDA.
